Service Description

An assessment tailored to your child. Please complete and return the case history questionnaire Nurture will send to you upon booking to help us tailor this assessment. Verbal feedback will be provided. A summary report can be provided for £50 within 2 weeks summarising our findings and recommendations.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a session, you can do this by text, email or phone. However, please note that cancellations with a notice of 3 working days or less will incur the full session fee. Cancellation notice of 4 working days or more will result in a full Refund. (NB: working days are Monday –Friday)
